The Cheapest Place for Capers

Yesterday I posted my recipe for Egg and Caper Salad. Capers can sell for more than $2 for a small jar at the grocery. Instead I buy them at World Market stores in a very large jar for around $5. I use capers pretty often for everything from this salad to chicken scallopini, and they never go to waste. Remember that one of my money saving mantras is to find ways to save on everything you buy. Finding bargains at stores like World Market, Asian supermarkets, and tiendas on specialty items are ways to save your family money.
