Sure-Jell Catalina

At some point this week, my family hopes to go to Black Oak Farms in Corryton and pick some strawberries. Last year we bought enough for the entire year, and we preserved them by making jam, dehydrating some, and freezing some. I was at Kroger today and bought 4 packs of low sugar Sure-Jell (on sale for $2.19--it was over $2.30 at Ingles today).
