Meal Planning Monday

I usually get so excited about writing out our meal plans for the week, but this week it just isn't going to happen. We are helping with Faith UMC's Crocodile Dock VBS, and I will be working on meal preparation for the kids each night. I still plan to make some salads, stir fries, and such at home to use the CSA vegetables, but I do not have any plans of any heavy duty cooking until the weekend. Some weeks are just like that, and they always seem to give me some motivation to get more creative when I am able to get back in the kitchen. I'll be excited to post our plans next week.
