Want to conserve water? Get serious about taking shorter showers. Set a timer for 2-3 minutes and try and stick with that. If you prefer baths, let the shower run for 2-3 minutes with the tub drain closed. Mark the fill line either with a wax crayon or mentally. Stick with that amount for your tub water. Ask yourself if you really need a shower or not. I have a relative who had the habit of taking two showers a day whether he needed them or not—what a waste!
