Make your own mushroom log--Knoxville

Shiitake Mushroom Log

Thanks to Ali for sending me the following local workshops.  Last year, I attended one of these classes with a few friends and came home with my very own shitake mushroom log.  It started producing last fall, and we were delighted to enjoy mushrooms grown in our back yard.  Make note that the cost of the class is less than the cost of a new log!  This would be a fun date night activity with your hubby (or maybe Hubby and I are just weird and like doing hands-on things like this??)
