Tip of the day

Save juices from canned fruit.  Whether canned commercially or at home, save the juices and add them to teas as a flavoring and/or sweetener.  As a child I would so enjoy when we would open a can of pineapple and I could mix the pineapple juice with orange juice for my breakfast drink.  I’ve also heard of adding the juice to popsicle molds for a frozen treat.  Yummy!
