Tip of the day

Make a kit.

Is your morning routine a little hectic?  Are you rushing to make sandwiches for school or work lunches?  Use a small plastic storage box, one that will easily fit in your refrigerator.  Store condiments, cheeses, lunchmeat, jelly, natural peanut butter—anything you might need to make a sandwich.  In the mornings, you won’t have to hunt for all of the ingredients.

Do you make bread?  If you store your ingredients together, it will streamline your process.  Vital wheat gluten, yeast, salt, honey, flour can be stored together, and the kit can be pulled out when you are ready to use it.
