Marketing to Men—FREE Redken for Men Sample

I recently heard a story on NPR about the increased marketing of body washes in the last ten years, and much more recently, to men.  It was an interesting discussion—gender perceptions, masculinity, recycling and increased waste of plastic bottles vs bar soap wrappers, and of most interest to me, how body washes are more profitable because they are mostly water.  When I saw this new freebie, I wondered if we’ll start seeing a wave of new commercials for men’s shampoos and hair care products or at least more than we see now.  Only time will tell.
