Look at these super cute witches. My cousin brought them to one of our costume parties a few years back. Simply make your choice of cupcake flavor and ice in a green blue frosting. Then top with a sugar cone for the hat. Use licorice for the hair, M & Ms for the eyes, sprinkles for the eyebrows and mouth, and candy corn for the nose. They were a HUGE hit!
