Get some sunlight whenever you can this winter. With grey and gloomy days, cold temperatures, and shorter hours of sunlight, we aren’t soaking up the rays like we do during other times of the year. To brighten your mood (pun intended) and bump up your Vitamin D levels, make a point to get out in the sun when you can.
Disclaimer--Use your brain, too.
I’m not suggesting that you get a sunburn or be dangerous about your sun exposure. As with anything on this blog, I’m not offering legal, accounting, therapeutic, or medical advice. If you are noticing signs of depression, you should seek the advice of your doctor or therapist.
