Join us for a canning workshop where will make a red onion red wine relish. This relish has a deep, sophisticated flavor, and is good on everything from crackers to pizza. Not only will you take a jar of the relish home, but you will also acquire canning skills, with which you will be able to extend flavors of the season into the the rest of the year.
