Tip of the day—Host a party

Want some free stuff?  Consider hosting a party for a company that offers you hostess benefits.  I told you all around Christmas how I hosted a jewelry party with Premier Designs and scored over 12 gifts for friends and relatives free.  Our church just hosted a Pampered Chef party as a way of stocking our kitchen with new supplies.  We had over $250 worth of products that were free—everything from good kitchen knives to cookie sheets.  It made cooking in the kitchen last night so much easier!

Now is a good time of the year to host a party since many companies offer better hostess incentives.  Think about what friends or relatives you have that work for companies like Pampered Chef, Usborne Books, Premier Designs, or Mary Kay and ask about what a party would involve.  You might be surprised at how much you’ll receive just by welcoming people to your home or church for a few hours to shop!  If you are in the Knoxville area and would like contact information for a company representative, I am happy to help link you with one.  Since our church hosts the Ladies Night Out event in the fall, I’m familiar with many of the local representatives.

Happy Shopping!
