If you use seafood often, you know that it can leave a smell on your hands. Last night my dad had us over for seafood gumbo, one of my favorite foods. There were crab legs in the gumbo, and of course, you use your hands to crack them. Afterwards I washed my hands 3 or 4 times, washed pots and pans, and my hands still smelled of seafood. Then I remembered a trick that I had learned as a child. Rub your hands with lemon or lime juice and then wash with soap and water. Voila! The smell is gone!
