Weekly Matchups and Deals—More Back to School Savings

We’re starting to see the back to school deals pop up in sale ads.  I recommend hopping on your school website and printing the list of back to school needs.  Look over it when making your weekly shopping lists to see if  you can score some good prices on those items.  If you snag some school supply freebies that aren’t on the list, why not donate them to your church or synagogue for the children’s program or your local community center?

This week, I’ve also included the link to Blue Frog Creations for her weekly Couponing for Charity Matchups.  As she mentions, the freebie and cheapie deals aren’t especially plentiful right now, but every little bit helps.  If you are local and not sure where to donate, please e-mail me and I’ll be happy to help you find a home for your goods.  Since I’m also a social worker, I’m pretty familiar with the different organizations around town and what they might could use.
