Ladies Night Out 2011

LNO

Fellowship, Relaxation, and some girl time to Shop—doesn’t that sound dreamy?  Well it is a reality at this year’s Ladies Night Out event!  This is our third annual show and will be held on Thursday, September 15th from 6-8pm at Faith United Methodist Church.  Admission is free and there will be snacks and lots of door prizes!  Start whittling away at your Christmas shopping list while enjoying a night of fun!

The list of amazing vendors and consultants is below and many are offering pre-sales this year!  I hope you’ll “Like” us on Facebook to stay up-to-date on this year’s event.  Please invite your friends, relatives and neighbors and join us for the show.  This is a fundraiser for our church and helps us continue to provide many outreach programs to our community.  We hope to see you there!

Tami Grandi-a*muse|studio Creative Consultant (also found on Facebook here)—Tami is offering pre-sales as part of the Ladies Night Out event. You can order directly online, and your order will be mailed directly to you.  If you have a local address, she will contact you to confirm you are purchasing through the Ladies Night Out fundraiser event.  If your personal order is over $150 pre-tax, you’ll want to contact Tami directly because you will qualify for freebies!  If you prefer to pick your order up the night of the show, you can call or email Tami by August 29th.  Tami can be reached at zephan3.17@juno.com and will also be selling the night of the show.  The Christmas themed stamps are soooooo cute!!

Arbonne—Our lovely Chelsey Carr will be hosting the Arbonne booth this year.  Their baby line is one of my favorites.  When our daughter was young, it was the only sunscreen she could wear without breaking out.  I always make sure to add some of their baby products to any baby shower gift that I give.  You can pre-order now at this website and use ID number 19358141.  Be sure to also check out their Ginger Citrus scrubs and creams—so wonderful!   Arbonne products are pure, safe, beneficial and vegan approved.

Chocolates by Megan—If you are a chocolate lover, this booth is for you!  Megan makes some of the best treats you’ve ever tasted.  Her turtles are my favorite, and I have bought them in bulk in the past to give as holiday gifts.  So yum!

Fresh Cut Creations by Carla—Carla Bailey is joining us for the first time this year.  When I first saw her Facebook page, I was thrilled—such cute pieces.  The girls’ clothes are my favorite, and I’ll be picking up a few items for our daughter and some gifts.  As she gets her fall line together, she’ll post them on Facebook, and you can pre-order and pick up the night of the event!

Get Healthy with Diane—Diane Fox, a local Health Coach, will host a booth promoting wellness and healthy living.  Her amazing weight loss journey is such an inspiration!  Diane can be reached at 865-765-0381 or by email at foxdiane@comcast.net to inquire about the weight loss program.

Henry and Caroline—If you have a baby in your life, you want to check out her bibs.  Such cute designs!  The burping cloth bundles would make a great gift for any new mom on your shopping list.  I can’t wait to see all of her designs in person!

Isha's Flower Garden—Love the look of hair flowers?  Have a girl on your list who loves hair clips?  You’ll not want to pass up this booth!  Not only does are her pieces one-of-a-kind, but they are also very affordable.  She is a couponista after all!  She’s made a few hair flowers for our daughter, and they are so cute!

Jewels by Park Lane—Another new vendor at the show this year!  Whitney Kyte will be the consultant, and I can’t wait to see the jewelry in person.  Be sure to browse their website and see what they have to offer at the show!

Mary Kay—Sylvia Phelps will be joining us again this year.  Sylvia is one of those people who is beautiful inside and out!  She has taught me so much over the years and has great tips and tricks to streamline your skincare regimen and makeup application.  If you are looking for a great gift, the Satin Hands set is a favorite!

MemoryWorks—This is another new vendor to the show this year, and we are thrilled to have Jade Wilson joining us!  This catalog is just the inspiration I needed to get back on track with scrapbooking!   She is generously offering all attendees of this event Free Shipping on all orders. Pre-Event shoppers can shop now and email Jade and place your order with her to receive "Free Shipping". All Pre-Event shoppers who order by September 5th, will be able to pick up their items at the event. Jade is also offering cash and carry craft items which she will be posting on her website. Attendees can visit the site each week leading up to the day of the event. If they see an item that they like they can "Reserve It" by emailing her and then pick up and pay for the item at the event. Several of her items are one of a kind so it's a good idea to get it when you see it!

Pampered Chef—This year our very own Gracie Jones will be the Pampered Chef consultant.  She has some great tips and tools to make working in the kitchen easier and faster.  I *love* the trifle bowl and think it is a must have—it makes a perfect wedding gift!  I just had a show, and it was so much fun!

Premier Designs JewelryFaith’s Stefanie Garvin will be the consultant for this show, and she has some great new pieces in the fall catalog!  I’ve bought quite a few things from Premier both for myself and for gifts and have nothing but good things to say about this company.  I hope you’ll stop by her booth and check out the jewelry.  Be sure to book a party—they have a great incentive program for hostesses!

Rainwater Farm—I can’t say enough good things about this business.  Locally owned and operated by one of the nicest people around—Colette Souder sells amazing soaps and salves that will soon become one of your favorite gifts to keep in the house for hostess gifts and gift baskets.  She usually has a gift bundle pricing, meaning the more you buy the less they will cost per bar.  The camper soap is probably my favorite, and we use it religiously when camping and hiking.

Sarah Myers Photography—We have a lot of photographers in my family, and so I appreciate an artist when I see one.  Sarah’s work has excellent composition, balance, and attention to detail.  Her eye catches those rare moments in a session when the subject forgets they are being photographed.  She photographed a blogging friend of mine who had nothing but good things to say about the experience.  You can request a shoot on her website and/or visit her at the LNO event to see more of her portfolio.

Drs. Andrew and Jennifer  Scoles of Scoles Family Chiropractic will be performing computerized quick scans for the neck at the event. Their office can be found at 7555 Oak Ridge Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37931 and reached at 865-531-8025.  Their motto is “We move the bone, God does the healing”.

Mary Bartholomew of Stoneware Creations, Pottery & Décor by Mary B.—If you like pottery, you are going to love this booth.  Not only does Mary have amazing pieces, but her prices are also really great!

Tennessee Tastes—Have a busy schedule?  Are there nights when you stop by a restaurant instead of cooking because of lack of time?  Be sure to stop by this booth and pick up some time savers for your kitchen to help make sure that won’t happen again.  I first met these gals at the Knoxville Coupon Fair and have only heard good things about their products.  Can’t wait to sample!

Thirty-One—They have been with us since the first year of Ladies Night Out in 2008, and we are thrilled to have them back this year.  If you don’t yet know about Thirty-One, you are in for a treat!  You’ll find some of the cutest bags and organizers in some of the prettiest fabrics ever!  The prices are reasonable, and they have some great specials for September--for every $31 you spend you get a wallet, zipper pouch or card set for half price!  Everyone I’ve given Thirty-One products to have raved about them.  Be sure to not forget teacher gifts when you are doing  your shopping!

Uppercase Living—A friend of mine ordered some pieces from Uppercase Living last year and has been nothing but pleased.  Their wall art is beautiful and very affordable!  They offer a little something for every taste and decorating style.  I hope you’ll check out their website and be sure to stop by the booth to learn more.  If you are interested in pre-sale orders, they are making those available!

Usborne Books—Lori Cox will be joining us again this year.  Usborne is one of my favorite companies for children’s gifts.  Some of my favorite products are the Spanish DVD, the Easy Words to Read value packs, and anything in their dinosaur line (my nephews love dinos).  You can order now through the show at this website with your books delivered directly to you-so no waiting!
