Kroger's Atlanta Division will be showing its support for Knoxville area teachers by giving away classroom supplies at the grocer's"Earning Plus Learning" event at Knoxville Zoo on Saturday, Sept. 17. Zoo admission will be free to teachers on the day of the event. Teachers will receive free zoo admission and a complimentary bag of school supplies upon verification of teacher licensure. Teachers will also receive valuable information regarding all of the zoo's education programs for the coming school year.
Classroom supplies include:
Copier Paper
Whiteboard markers
Construction Paper
Facial tissues
Hand sanitizer and soap
Sandwich bags
Paper towels
Bandages
Disinfectant wipes
Tape
Teachers will receive items on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Teachers must show proof of teacher licensure in order to receive free admission and complimentary supplies.
